A journey shaped by culinary heritage, recognised through education, innovation, and real-world impact.

From a family kitchen in Bhopal to classrooms and culinary workshops — the milestones that shaped the way I cook, teach and think about food.
Born in 2000, beginning a journey that would eventually connect family, hospitality, culinary arts and education.
Started my B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration, while beginning to take greater responsibility within my family’s restaurant, Lazeez Hakeem.
Graduated in 2021 and stepped more firmly into my responsibilities as a third-generation chef at Lazeez Hakeem, carrying forward a family legacy while shaping my own path.
Stepped outside the familiarity of my family business and explored new professional environments, experiences and perspectives that shaped me both as a hospitality professional and as an individual.
Began teaching and discovered a new purpose in sharing practical knowledge, experiences and lessons from the industry with aspiring hospitality professionals.
Today, my journey has expanded from working in kitchens to teaching in classrooms and conducting hands-on culinary workshops for the next generation of chefs.
Developing advanced culinary workshops and practical learning experiences designed to give students deeper industry exposure, hands-on skills and a stronger connection between education and professional kitchens.
